Minced Garlic – 3 teaspoons
Glutinous Rice – 2 cups
Chicken Stock – 2 Litres
Shredded Roasted Chicken
- Fry the minced garlic
- Add the chicken stock and rice.
- Bring the pot to boil.
- After the rice is cooked, add the shredded roasted chicken.
