Arroz Caldo

This recipe uses leftover roasted chicken and only contains 4 ingredients.

Ingredients:

Minced Garlic – 3 teaspoons

Glutinous Rice – 2 cups

Chicken Stock – 2 Litres

Shredded Roasted Chicken

Method:

  • Fry the minced garlic
  • Add the chicken stock and rice.
  • Bring the pot to boil.
  • After the rice is cooked, add the shredded roasted chicken.

Serves 4
